Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (or remote)

Role Type: Contract, Part Time

Work Hours: 10 Hours Per Week (specific working hours will be established based upon your availability)

We are looking for a contracted, local or virtual team member to help facilitate daily administrative business activities.  This person would be vital for keeping everything organized as well as maintaining the systems, processes and operations we need to keep growing and serving our clients.

This is a CONTRACT position for 90 days to start with plenty of opportunities for growth. The salary starts at $10/hour during this period. After that period, we will evaluate how things are going, and if we both are happy in the relationship and grow from there.


Responsibilities

  • Manages email correspondence with clients and partners

  • Monitor and manage messages via all support channels such as Facebook Messenger and Kartra Help Desk

  • Assist with social media management, primarily our Facebook Business Pages, Facebook Groups and LinkedIn

  • Manage calendars within Google and Acuity Scheduling

  • Coordinate travel for the founder

  • Provide technical support during live stream broadcasts and webinars

  • Scheduling newsletter content (content will be provided)

  • Managing the various course classrooms and client portals that are offered via Kartra

  • Assist with coordination of the local and international events


The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • Be highly detail oriented and organized, with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

  • Quick learner and can adapt quickly to new projects.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,

  • Retain a high-level of discretion and confidentiality when it comes to company and client information.

  • Take direction well and enjoy being part of a team.

  • Be an independent, self-starter who executes tasks on time, every time.

  • Have strong communication skills and willingness to take constructive feedback.

  • Be tech savvy and comfortable with tech software and have a willingness to adapt and learn new software quickly.

  • Be loyal, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced small-business environment where priorities can change quickly.

  • Preferred: Have previous administrative and customer service experience.

  • Preferred: Experienced with social media, Dubsado, Trello, Acuity and Kartra

  • Preferred: Be able to travel to live events as needed (case by case basis)
